Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Azuis, each piece is crafted with care and attention.

If you ever need to return or exchange your jewelry, please review the policy below.


1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with EU and Austrian law (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights; KSchG §§11–18), you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order with no explanation required.

  • How to proceed: send a withdrawal request to contactazuis@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Return shipping: the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds: processed within 14 days after the return or proof of shipment. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your jewelry for another model or size, please contact us at contactazuis@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Once we confirm the return, you can choose between:

  • Receiving a voucher for the same value, or
  • paying the price difference (if any) for a new item.

Please note:

⚠️ Return and new shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
We recommend shipping with tracking for safe delivery.

3. Legal Warranty (2 years)

All Azuis jewelry is covered by a 2-year legal warranty (
ABGB §§922–933) for manufacturing or material defects.

This warranty does not cover:

- Misuse or improper handling;

- Scratches, breakage, or other physical damage;

- Natural wear and tear from regular use;

- Lack of proper care, storage, or cleaning.

If your piece has a manufacturing issue, you may request a repair, replacement, partial refund, or cancellation, as provided by Austrian and EU law.

This policy complies with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Austrian laws KSchG §§11–18 and ABGB §§922–933.
