Exchanges and Returns

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days – required by law) 

According to European Union and Austrian legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products, without providing any reason.

• How to exercise the right: send a clear statement of withdrawal to [company email] or [company address].

• Return of products: the products must be sent to [return address] within 14 days after communicating the withdrawal.

• Return shipping costs: the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated).

• Refund: the refund will be made within 14 days after the withdrawal notification, but may be withheld until the products are received or proof of return shipment is provided. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

⚠️ Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened after delivery, perishable goods, sealed audio/video recordings or software once opened, digital content once downloading/streaming has begun with the customer’s consent, or services that have been fully performed within the 14-day period at the customer’s request.

2. Voluntary Exchanges (store policy)

In addition to the legal rights mentioned above, we offer a voluntary exchange policy for greater convenience:

• Deadline: up to 7 days after receiving the product.

• Conditions: the product must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice/receipt.

• Options: exchange for another available product, store credit, or a voucher, according to the customer’s choice.

• Shipping costs: paid by the customer.

This policy does not replace or limit your legal rights regarding withdrawal and warranty.

3. Legal Warranty (2 years)

All our products have a minimum legal warranty of 2 years, in accordance with European Union and Austrian law. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that affect the conformity of the product.

⚠️ The warranty does not cover:

• natural wear and tear or normal aging;

• damage resulting from improper use, drops, scratches, or improper storage;

• alterations made by the customer or unauthorized third parties;

• damage caused by lack of proper care, maintenance, or cleaning.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, the customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase, as provided by law.
