Shipping & Delivery

All Azuis orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio in Salzburg, Austria.
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

 

Shipping Options

We offer two delivery methods for EU destinations:

Standard Shipping — €9.90
Delivered within 3–7 business days.
Tracked and insured.

Express Shipping — €12.00
Delivered within 1–3 business days.
Handled with priority and full tracking.

For orders within Austria, the delivery fee is €4.90, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

 

Shipping Exceptions

We currently ship to all EU countries, except the following regions due to customs or carrier restrictions:

- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (Spain)

- Madeira and the Azores (Portugal)

- Corsica and all French overseas territories (France)

- Åland Islands (Finland)

- Vatican City and San Marino (Italy)

- Greenland and the Faroe Islands (Denmark).
